MEMС Sensors for Movement Parameters Measurement. Part. 1. Inertial Mean Accuracy Sensors Due to microelectromechnical systems (MEMS) advances now it is possible to use in cheap commodities and systems for parameter mesurements sensors that where previously used only in expensive aviation, space and military equipment. This especially relates to sensors that measure movement parameters, in other words to inertial sensors (gyroscopes, accelerometers), vibration, pressure, tilt sensors and so on. We’ll consider here high precision and reliable indicating sensors and inertial mesurement modules that are now available for Russian developers. At that main attention is given to modules with high preicision and good indication stability.
