A technique is proposed for testing analog input boards as part of test and verification equipment at the stage before the final assembly of the equipment and including standard tests of its self-monitoring. The technique enables to exclude errors during the installation of voltage dividers, calibration and operation tests, and makes it possible to automatically calculate the scale factors. A diagnostic PCB and software have been developed, prototyping has been carried out.

The article describes the prototype of induction soldering system for forming ball leads based on a ZVS generator using a magnetic conductor and eddy current concentrators of various geometric configurations. The evaluation of thermal fields in the heating zone of solder balls was carried out, the induction heating profile was optimized, the dependences of the influence eddy current concentrator geometric shape on the quality of the soldered leads were obtained.
