What is the Future Preparing for Us? New Global and Russian Technologies
It may safely be said that the main drivers of radioelectronics industry are new technologies. Many of them are optimizing production, improving consumer devices characteristics significantly. Some of them drastically change not only our notion of electronics but also our life. Which of the three (and may by more) technologies would determine the world wide electronics evolution in the next 10 years? Would they be in demand in Russia? If so what is the forecast of their development, circulation and application in our country? Answers to these questions gave main Russian electronics facilities chief officers.

JSCo Pluton has build 2mm magnetrons. Recently the company begain to develop 3-mm magnetrons. This article considers the last achievements in this field and the possible applications of these devices.

Current state and perspectives At the industrial research and technology conference The state and future development of home microelectronics, that was held at Novosibirsk Sept 27–28 2012 ZAO Svetnlana Rost general director V.P,Chalyi reported that his company is ready to provide foundry service for microwave components on the basis of AlGaN DH-HEMTs production. S and C range transistors technology is developed. The company proceeds to develop standard monolithic ICs on the basis of these transistors, including air bridges, MDM capacitors and TSV formation. Looking forward the company intends to come to higher frequencies.
