Part 2 The article presents a generalized three-dimensional model of silicon detectors module developed taking into account the structural and technological features of these devices. It considers the method for silicon detector module modelling and analyzes the results of simulating the readout electronics channel in SPICE (Cadence Spectre) simulator using this model.
