Providing Metallized Coating Reliable Connection with Ceramics under Metal-to-Ceramic Case for ICs High Volume Production JSC Semiconductor Devices Plant in the process of manufacturing metal-to-ceramic cases devotes particular attention to the process of producing a conductive layer with desired parameters. The article shows that the dispersity of metalized coating power filler is one of the main factors affecting the metal-to-ceramic solder joint durability, that in turn depends on metalized coating to ceramic adhesion quality.
