One of the widely used methods for synthesizing zinc oxide is spray pyrolysis, which is characterized by low cost, relative simplicity and high process speed. The article studies the phenomena in the process of ZnO film growth during synthesis by the method of pneumatic spray pyrolysis from a zinc acetate solution.
